Everyday we provide standard shipping and expedited shipping for global orders with tracking information.At this time, we ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic and international orders. Below is a breakdown of the options available.

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 24 hours processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

An important note about international shipments:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Isabeleros does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

General Shipping and Tracking:
Processing Time:
In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, around 7-9 business days for Shipping. For the most case, we have all products in stock if there are some products out of stock, which may cause a delay in delivery. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Regarding your Shipping tracking number, we will send to your email at 1st time. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on Isabeleros store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s). Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Isabeleros's control - such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

Due to the ongoing global health crisis all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times. For existing orders we do ask that you take this into consideration before contacting our support team, and to allow an additional 2 - 3 days after your estimated delivery time frame before contacting us. All shipping/delivery/return processing we may require additional processing time and please note that all shipping carriers are currently experience delivery delay, this includes any expedite shipping services. Back Orders:
Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, you will not be charge for the backorder item until the item is ready for shipment. We will either send you an e-mail with notification of your backorder items or the back order notification message will appear on your invoice with your shipment, If you like to receive an estimate date of when the item will be shipped, please email us at Back Order from manufacture usually will take approximately 1- 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.

All Back Orders will remain open and uncharged for up to 16 weeks. We will charge and process your back order items once they are ready for shipment. All back order items will be shipped with standard shipping method, even if the original order items was shipped by Express/Priority shipping method.
