Isabeleros wants you to "Own Your Sexy", but if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, eligible merchandise can be returned to Isabeleros for store credit or refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. All eligible items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging. Items that are final sale and are not eligible for return; either for refund or store credit. (Please view non-eligible / Final Sale items below.) Please be sure to read our separate costume policy. We will issue a refund/store credit for the merchandise and taxes if applied, but not your original shipping fee. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We only issue 1 (one) return authorization (RA) and 1 (one) return label per order. Please be sure you have verified all items will work for you. Once 1 (one) return authorization (RA) and return label have been issued we cannot issue another RA or label.
All items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging. If we do not receive the complete set we, will not process your return and contact you till we receive the remaining pieces of the set.
Returns will be processed within 14 - 30 business days upon receipt at Isabeleros.
All items must be returned with original tags, packaging with barcodes and have return authorization paperwork.

Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@Isabeleros.com.
Return Shipping Charges
- We will undertake the return shipping cost for the returns due to a manufactures defect or a Isabeleros fulfillment error only(wrong items).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may be cost serval days to let your money back to your account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

START A RETURN
- For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 30 days.
- Repack your items. No packaging, no problem! Just pop your items in something non see-through, sealable & waterproof.
- Email us the order number, picture, dimensions and link of the item you want to return.
- Select your preferred return option (Print returns label at home or in-store options). Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off.
- You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
Isabeleros does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Items not returned as a complete set.
- Products that affect our secondary sales.
The above items are not eligible for returns and will be disposed of without the customer receiving a refund or store credit.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will issue a refund to you upon receipt of the return.
- Returns via the portal are fully tracked. You don’t need to remember to keep your proof of postage – it’s all digital!
- Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to appear in your account. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.
