I think my product may be faulty

Our aim is to make garments that are designed to fit and made to flaunt!
If you have purchased a garment that is not quite right please reach out to our Customer Experience Team with pictures of your item (in full and a close up of the fault) along with your order details and the team will assess your garment. If your item is deemed faulty our team will offer you a resolution.


Do i need to create an account to place an order?

I need to cancel my order!

We ship really fast, so if you need to cancel your order, please cancel within 24 hours,you must
EMAIL ISABELEROS IMMEDIATELY at Support@Isabeleros.com!!!!
If it's after business hours, email us with your order ID # at Cancel Order.


Why haven't i received an email regarding my order?

If you choose standard shipping 8-9 business day on purchases over $50, we'll offer you free shipping. If you choose expedited shipping 5-7 business day, the fee is $19.95.

Can I change my order?

We ship really fast, so if you need to make a change to your order you need to make changes to your order before shipping

My product is defective ,damaged or Missing!

We're sorry!! That's the worst.
Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
We're really sorry for the inconvenience.

We want to arrange for you to get a replacement item quickly, so we'll need the following details:
Keep ALL shipping packaging.
How exactly is the item damaged?
Is the item unworn?

Can I change my address provided by PayPal?

Isabeleros.com, unfortunately, cannot change your address. PayPal has only approved your order to ship to the approved address. It is part of the added benefit of extra security and convenience of using PayPal as your payment method.
As a result, we can cancel your order. You will have to replace the order with the correct address.
